Eating to prevent diseases and health problems and lead a more vibrant and yummy life.

Age and health concerns scare us into eating right. Then one day you discover there is a world of benefits beyond just counting calories and breaking a sweat.

There are things that you shouldn't eat, rarely eat and things you should eat yourself happy on.

I am obsessed about nutrition and health. (My poor husband and children.)

Things will rarely be highly scientific here - hopefully brought to a level that you can read, remember and implement easily. Most of what you find here will be plagiarized sourced, as I have zero professional education on the matter.
