#1- Buy Organic
especially high risk crops- Corn
- Soy
- Papaya
- Sugar Beets
- Zucchini & Yellow Summer Squash
- Alfalfa
#2- Avoid canola altogether.
90% of our US crop is GMO and canola grows like a weed meaning it is highly likely the non-gmo will cross contaminate. Buy a healthier oil.
#3- Check your labels
and avoid these in processed foods.

- Amino Acids
- Aspartame- for a lot of reasons
- Ascorbic Acid
- Sodium Ascorbate
- Vitamin C
- Citric Acid
- Sodium Citrate
- Ethanol
- Natural & Artificial Flavorings (did you know what these are is not regulated?)
- High Fructose Corn Syrup- for a lot of reasons
- Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein
- Lactic Acid
- Maltodestrins
- Molasses
- Monosodium Glutamate- MSG- for a lot of reasons
- Sucrose
- Textured Vegetable Protein TVP
- Xanthan Gum
- Vitamins
- Yeast Products
